How long will it take to print my wallpaper once I have placed an order?

The majority of our papers are printed to order and lead times are quoted at the time the order is confirmed and paid for in full. Please contact our Sales Office to confirm current printing lead times.

If your wallpaper is in stock we make every effort to deliver the goods within the following time:

UK: courier tracked, next working day

USA + ROW: courier tracked, approx. 3-5 working days

Do  you ship overseas?

Hamilton Weston Wallpapers usually deliver worldwide but we are not responsible for  import duties or other taxes outside the UK.

Shipping costs are available on application from our UK Sales Office

 

Can I expedite shipping times?

Special delivery methods can be arranged, please contact our UK Sales Office.

 

What is your return policy?

All wallpapers printed to order cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty and we are notified within 24hrs of receipt.

Wallpapers must be inspected on delivery and we must be notified of any defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods and prior to installation.
